On May 6, 2021, Peraton completed its previously announced acquisition of Perspecta. The legal contracting party that holds this contract, remains unchanged as a result of the transaction.
The PSS consists of formerly separate schedules that were consolidated in 2015 to give federal agency acquisition professionals the ability to obtain total contract solutions for their professional services requirements using one contract vehicle.
This Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) gives federal agencies the ability to use a single long-term, government-wide contract to procure simple to complex fixed-price, time and materials, or labor-hour professional services.
