Spun out of the former Harris Corporation, Peraton took a disaggregated set of businesses and created the foundation for our future. We executed a strategy that focused on high consequence missions in emergent warfighter domains like space, intelligence, cyber, defense, homeland security, and communications.
2019: Solers
Solers provided Peraton the ability to deliver highly differentiated space protection and resiliency solutions that directly support mission objectives and critical national security initiatives.
2021: Northrop Grumman Federal IT and Mission Support Solutions
This acquisition added industry-leading advanced technology solutions in cybersecurity, data analytics, cloud, mission-critical application development and advanced engineering. It also significantly expanded our customer mission focus in the defense, intelligence, space, civil, and health markets. 
2021: Perspecta
The Perspecta acquisition solidified Peraton’s position as the leading mission capability and transformative enterprise IT provider, fusing mission-enabling services with market-leading enterprise offerings and solutions to identify the best use of new technology and help customers achieve positive business outcomes.
2021: ViON As-A-Service
Peraton acquired the as-a-service (aaS) business of ViON Corporation, enhancing its offerings in the design, delivery and governance of critical IT infrastructure for its government customers.
