As sector president, Damian has full responsibility for the Systems Engineering sector’s strategy development and execution, program performance, and growth objectives.
Prior to joining Peraton, Damian was senior vice president and general manager of the intelligence group at Perspecta, where he led an expert team of engineering professionals to provide high-end systems engineering and integration products and services, data analytics and software development to the U.S. Intelligence Community and military intelligence customers.
Damian has worked with customers across the intelligence community, including the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), United States Air Force (USAF), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM).
In his previous role as senior vice president and general manager of ManTech International’s mission and intelligence solutions business unit, Damian oversaw operational capabilities for a workforce exceeding 2,500 people worldwide, four divisions and more than $600 million in annual revenue. His focus encompassed offering services and solutions in the areas of cybersecurity, IT, DevOps, cloud migration, data analytics and systems engineering.
Damian has a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from Penn State University and a master’s degree in business leadership from Georgetown University.
