Salim Omar

Chief Financial Officer

In this role, Salim leads the company’s financial strategy, overseeing all aspects of financial planning, accounting, government reporting, business systems, treasury, and internal audit. He drives strong financial performance and disciplined cost management while enabling strategic growth and operational execution.

Prior to this, he served as senior vice president of Corporate and Sector Finance at Peraton. He directed large-scale operational improvement and restructuring initiatives that enhanced working capital, strengthened financial systems, and delivered substantial cost savings. He also played a key role in mergers & acquisitions, integrations, and divestitures across complex organizations. Earlier in his career, Salim held senior finance leadership roles at Perspecta, Vencore, ManTech, and SAIC, and began his career at the Federal Reserve Board.

Salim holds an MBA in finance from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in finance and decision sciences & management information systems from George Mason University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
