Vishal is a technology and government services executive with more than 25 years of experience driving growth, operational transformation, and financial performance throughout defense, civilian, and state and local government markets. He is well-versed in promoting technology insertion to advance high-performance offerings.
He served as president and chief operating officer of RELI Group Inc., where he rapidly built a strong and expanding pipeline of new business opportunities. Before RELI, Vishal spent more than a decade at SAIC as senior vice president and general manager of the State, Local, Education, and Health and Citizen Services business unit. Vishal also held a series of progressively senior roles at CGI, including director of global delivery for the Asia-Pacific region and chief operating officer of the Solutions Group.
Earlier in his career, Vishal served as controller and principal at American Management Systems, where he supported a major global acquisition and helped expand the firm’s state government customer base.
Vishal holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Rochester and completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.
