Emerging Leaders Make a Lasting IMPACT

At Peraton, leadership is about more than delivering results—it’s about service and creating meaningful change in our communities. Recently, 36 members of our Emerging Leaders program partnered with Women Giving Back, a Sterling, Virginia-based nonprofit that supports women and children in crisis by providing free clothing, accessories, and essentials.

Emerging Leaders Make a Lasting IMPACT

As part of the effort, our team helped prepare Women Giving Back’s new warehouse, a major step in expanding its impact. Volunteers rolled up their sleeves to sort donations, assemble shelving, and organize the intake space—transforming the facility into a welcoming, functional environment for families in need. We’re proud to support their mission and grateful for the opportunity to make a lasting IMPACT together.
