In this role, Justin is responsible for Peraton’s National Aerospace Solutions Sector, established to modernize critical infrastructure for the nation’s air travel and aerospace systems. The sector leads the transformative, multibillion-dollar Brand New Air Traffic Control System program, a landmark Federal Aviation Administration initiative to replace outdated air traffic control infrastructure with advanced, state-of-the-art technologies.
Under Justin’s leadership, the sector delivers secure, interoperable and mission-critical capabilities, including advanced communications systems, surveillance technologies, automation platforms, and modernized facilities to enhance the safety, efficiency, and reliability of U.S. airspace. This effort drives innovation in the National Airspace System and sets a global standard for air traffic management while anticipating the future needs of modern aviation.
Justin has more than 20 years of experience leading multi-billion-dollar, mission-critical efforts throughout defense, intel, first responder, civil, health, and insurance industries. He managed significant telecom modernization, command-and-control efforts, and enterprise IT programs with $3 billion contracts.
In addition, he is a trusted advisor to senior civilian, state and local, and defense leaders, with high-availability systems, digital transformation, and stakeholder engagement at national and international scale.
Prior to joining Peraton, Justin served as program and solutions senior director and customer executive for ViON Corp. He was key to managing the transition of ViON during Peraton’s acquisition of the company. He built and led a team of senior IT and cloud experts to modernize customers’ enterprise IT operations, supporting more than 20 modernization programs in federal, state, and commercial programs.
Justin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in technical, innovation, and entrepreneurship from James Madison University. He is AWS Cloud Accredited and holds executive certifications in finance, operations, and management.
