In this role, he relies on his impressive background in the Space and Intelligence (S&I) Sector’s multiple business areas to lead the team’s continuing efforts to win business and exceed customer expectations.
In mid-2024, Drew was named acting president of Peraton’s S&I Sector. Prior to his current role, Drew served as vice president and general manager of S&I Intelligence Community’s portfolio of programs. In this role, he managed teams supporting engineering, modernization, development, sustainment, and integration across intelligence missions. Prior to that, Drew was vice president for National Programs, where he led a portfolio of systems engineering and integration and military intel programs.
With his engineering background, Drew supported the development and growth of the Architecture Skill Center in the Washington area. He was the director of engineering solutions on an enterprise engineering contract. He held various leadership roles in three commercial start-up activities with GE Capital, Iridium Satellite, and Ztango (purchased by RealNetworks). Drew is the co-inventor on a patent for a wireless system to control and manage remotely deployed gaming machines.
He began his career with GE Aerospace in Springfield, Virginia. Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Drew graduated from Penn State with a Bachelor of Science degree in aerospace engineering. He later earned his Master of Science degree in systems engineering from Virginia Tech.
