As Vice President of Human Space Programs, Bill leads the civil space operations under the Space & Intelligence sector. Previously, Bill worked for NASA as a senior executive, including director of the Kennedy Space Center, and more recently was an executive for several NASA contractors. Bill also served in various space industry leadership positions including president of Syncom Space Services (S3), president of RD AMROSS, and vice president of Strategic Space Initiatives with Lockheed Martin. Bill has received numerous awards and honors during his career including the Presidential Rank Award (Meritorious Executive), NASA’s Exceptional Service Medal and Distinguished Service Medal, the National Intelligence Medal of Achievement, and NASA’s Silver Snoopy.
