Last year, Laila Salguero and her team set out to further integrate DEI into the fabric of the business. As a result of their efforts, Peraton was recently recognized in a series of accolades for fostering an inclusive business environment, including the Labor Department’s 2023 HIRE Vets Gold Medallion Award, the Washington Business Journal’s LGBTQ+ Business and Corporate Diversity Index Awards, and top-scorer in the Disability Equity Index.
