Leaders of Peraton’s Pride Alliance employee resource group (ERG) attended the 2022 Out & Equal Workplace Summit in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The largest LGBTQ+ conference in the world, the summit brings together more than 5,000 executives each year to share strategies and best practices regarding how to create safe and inclusive workspaces where employees can thrive.
A recognized leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), Peraton partners with Out & Equal as part of its ongoing commitment to providing team members with work environments where they are empowered to express themselves authentically.
One of five ERGs at Peraton, the Pride Alliance plays a pivotal role in promoting an equitable and inclusive workplace culture while maximizing innovation, employee productivity, and staff retention. In recent months, the ERG has also donated funds to the Trevor Project, a nonprofit focused on LGBTQ+ youth suicide prevention; launched a safe space campaign; and provided resources for Peraton allies to learn more about the LGBTQ+ community.
