In this role, Bill has executive responsibility for all aspects of the company’s procurement organization, including business systems compliance, strategic sourcing, positive cash flow management, and subcontractor management. He also oversees the execution of Peraton’s procurement strategy, which is designed to drive better efficiencies and reduce complexity for the company, its partners, and its customers. Bill also provides strategic counsel to Peraton’s CEO and business sectors.
Prior to joining Peraton, Bill served as the vice president of Enterprise Supply Chain at CACI, where he established their integrated supply chain function and led the execution of a multiyear procurement strategy. Earlier in his career, he served in leadership roles of increasing responsibility within procurement and subcontracts at both CACI and SAIC.
Bill earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in purchasing and supply chain management and production/operations from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland College Park.
