Cloud allows businesses and government agencies to leverage data and communicate beyond borders. Peraton’s cloud operations are available across multiple tiers to meet customers’ support needs.
The bronze tier provides foundational services including a Technical Account Manager (TAM), service portal with a 24/7 service desk, incident management, Asset & Configuration Management, service and network monitoring, and cloud network and firewall management. The silver tier additionally provides security and compliance management, logging, patching, performance management and cost optimization using AIOps. The gold tier builds upon the previous tiers and adds Threat Detection and Security Operation Center service, ZTA operation, DevSecOps and GitOps integration. Pricing is already defined.
