AFCEA is an international organization dedicated to increasing knowledge through the exploration of information technology, communications, and electronics for the defense, homeland security and intelligence communities. Having spent 33 years in the intelligence community mostly focused on East Asia and the Indo-Pacific region, Cathy brings a strong background to the board.
