Peraton Secures $100 Million in Contract Awards

Providing Mission-Critical, Resilient IT and Security Services to Government Customers

Aug 21, 2025

Peraton, a leading technology company and digital solutions provider, has secured multiple contract awards totaling more than $100 million. These wins—spanning federal and state agencies—underscore Peraton’s position as a trusted government partner at a time when agencies are seeking to more efficiently modernize their functions, defend against sophisticated cyber threats, and ensure continuity of critical operations.

Against the backdrop of rising cyberattacks, increasing geopolitical tensions, and ongoing digital transformation mandates, the government is doubling down on dependable, secure, and mission-ready technology partners. The recent awards reflect Peraton’s proven ability to deliver operational resilience and technical excellence in environments where failure is not an option.

“These strategic contract awards demonstrate our unwavering commitment to delivering innovation, security, and operational excellence across all tiers of government,” said Steve Schorer, chairman, president, and CEO, Peraton. “From cybersecurity to health data analytics to defense systems, the stakes have never been higher. By partnering with likeminded organizations, we’re able to provide trusted innovation and continued mission assurance.”

Among the highlights:

  • U.S. Department of State (DOS)

Peraton will continue supporting the DOS under a five-year subcontract to Federal Resources Corp., providing maintenance, modernization, and enhancement of the Enterprise Human Resources Integration (EHRI) electronic Official Personnel File (eOPF) suite—a vital component in secure federal workforce management.

Peraton will deliver full-spectrum IT services—including software engineering, cybersecurity, enterprise solutions, and advanced analytics—for the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO).

  • Florida Department of Management Services (DMS)

As part of a new three-year IDIQ contract, Peraton will offer digital security solutions across 16 service categories. From identity and access management to endpoint protection, these services will fortify the cyber resilience of Florida’s state agencies amid increasing ransomware and digital threats.

  • Commander Navy Installations Command (CNIC) N9

Peraton extends its five-year engagement supporting essential DoD planning, programming, budgeting, and execution tools—systems that underpin strategic readiness and long-term defense planning.
