CANES is the Navy’s program of record that consolidates and replaces existing afloat networks providing the necessary infrastructure for applications, systems, and services required to dominate and modernize the cyber warfare tactical domain.
Peraton has proven to effectively integrate COTS networks for the Department of Defense with annual deliveries of 10 to 100 times the component quantity of CANES. The company brings a track record of effectively addressing interdependencies, risks, issues, and Build-to-Print production processes and schedules.
“The Navy mission continues to be complex and critical to the defense of our nation and allies, said Tarik Reyes, president of the Defense Mission and Health Solutions sector. “CANES gives Peraton and our partners the opportunity to expand our support in modernizing naval systems to take advantage of technology advances needed to support current and future warfighter requirements.”
