Peraton, a leader in defense and mission support services, has been selected as the prime contractor in the $121 million contract providing strategic mission support for U.S. Army Southern European Task Force, Africa (SETAF-AF). The command’s mission is centered on collaborating with African partners to build lasting capacity, support multinational operations, and counter transnational threats.

The recompete contract builds on the company’s previous involvement as a subcontractor and marks a significant step forward in expanding its support to U.S. military operations across Africa. Under this contract, Peraton will deliver a wide range of services aimed at enhancing U.S. military operations and strategic objectives in Africa. The scope of support includes:
- Mission Planning and strategic operations
- Logistics and supply chain management
- IT, communications, and knowledge management
- Administrative and support Services
- Public affairs and media services
This contract enables Peraton to provide the U.S. military with vital mission support services, contributing to operational success, regional collaboration, and sustained readiness throughout Africa.
