For thousands of years, the battlefield has been defined by physical warfare, kinetic weapons, and visible enemies. Today, the digital frontline plays a more important role than ever in determining the security of our nation and its allies.
Protecting the digital battlespace is only possible through seamless coordination across multiple regions, commands, and partners. To meet this challenge, the United States Army has established Regional Cyber Centers around the world that function as dedicated hubs responsible for defending critical military networks and ensuring operational continuity.
For 18 years, Peraton has partnered with the United States Army to provide network engineering, cyber defense, and information assurance support to protect the vital components of the Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) within the United States Army Europe-Africa (USAREUR-AF) area of responsibility.
By supporting allies including Germany, Belgium, Italy, and the Netherlands, Peraton’s team of experts continues to strengthen cyber defenses across the European theater, helping ensure that critical military networks remain secure and capable for the modern mission.
“In an increasingly complex digital battlespace, the RCC-E Threat Hunting team actively seeks out and eradicates adversaries within friendly networks before they can compromise mission-critical operations. This forward-leaning approach is essential for safeguarding the information networks that underpin military and diplomatic activities across the European theater.” – Threat Hunting Lead
In today’s contested digital environment, protecting military networks is more than a technical requirement; it is a necessary component of modern defense and operational readiness. Through its support of the Regional Cyber Center–Europe, Peraton continues to help ensure that U.S. forces and their allies can operate securely and effectively across an increasingly complex frontline.
