For the past five years, Jeff Carson has leveraged his experience as a recruiter for the U.S. Army to bolster Peraton’s military and veteran talent acquisition efforts.

After serving in the Army for 20 years – three of which were spent as an Army recruiter while on active duty – Carson is passionate about advocating for the specific needs of military veterans transitioning to civilian employment while also advancing his employer’s talent acquisition practices.
