If you are an outside firm verifying someone’s employment and/or income at Peraton, you will need:

• Employee’s Social Security Number
• Salary key provided by the employee (only needed if you are verifying salary)

If you are a social service agency verifying someone’s employment and/or income at Peraton, you will need:

• Registered fax number of your social services agency
• Peraton employer code: 20128
• Employee’s Social Security Number

To complete verification, call 1-800-660-3399 or go to The Work Number and click Log In and then click Government Program Verification. If you need to register for an account, then click Sign Up, and then click Government Program Verification.
