Peraton Inc., the complete successor-in-interest to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (“NGSC”) (as evidenced by the December 7, 2021 novation to Peraton, Inc. of NGSC’s CIO-SP3 Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (“GWAC”), incorporated by the June 9, 2022 bilateral modification P00014 changing CIO-SP3 GWAC HHSN316201200036W and all Task Orders awarded from NGSC to Peraton, Inc.) (collectively “Peraton”).

The CIO-SP3 Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a ten-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) awarded by NIH offering any federal civilian or Department of Defense (DoD) agency an array of information technology solutions and services across ten separate task areas.

Prompt Payment Terms

Prompt payment terms are in accordance with FAR 52.232-25, as provided in the master contract. Payment terms are negotiated on an individual task order basis.
