In this role, Bridget develops and executes an integrated Human Resources strategy, including talent management, total rewards, leadership development, talent acquisition, and employee relations.

Bridget is a senior executive with more than 25 years of progressive HR leadership experience. She served as vice president of Total Rewards at Northrop Grumman, where she led the design, strategy, and execution of the company’s enterprise-wide compensation and benefits programs.
Prior to that position, Bridget served as HR vice president for Northrop Grumman’s Aeronautics Systems. There, she drove innovative talent acquisition and management strategies to significantly grow and prepare the workforce on the company’s most critical restricted programs.
Earlier in her career at Northrop Grumman, Bridget held HR leadership roles in multiple areas including Electronic Systems, Enterprise Shared Services, and IT Solutions. She built deep expertise in HR business partnering, operations, talent management, and organizational transformation.
Bridget holds a master’s in HR management from Marymount University and a bachelor’s in communications and media studies from Radford University. She completed the Advanced HR Executive Program at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
