In this role, Tom has full executive responsibility for the Cyber and Intelligence Sector’s strategy development and execution, program performance, and growth objectives. The sector delivers technical solutions supporting cyber, information warfare, and intelligence missions across defense, civil, and intelligence markets.
Prior to joining Peraton, Tom spent 17 years at Northrop Grumman in a variety of leadership positions. Most recently, Tom served as vice president, Defense and Intelligence, where he led a line of business that provided secure information technology and mission solutions to defense, intelligence, and civil security customers. He previously led businesses supporting federal, civilian, public safety, defense, and intelligence customers, and served in senior functional staff positions associated with operations, technology, and strategy.
Tom began his career at AT&T, where he held a variety of engineering and management positions of increasing scope and responsibility related to planning and operating optical networks.
Tom earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University. Tom lives in Washington, D.C., with his wife, Kimberly; he has three grown children, who live locally in the D.C. area.
