AFLCMC Automatic Test Systems Acquisition – I (ATSA-I)

The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center at Robins Air Force Base has established a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the Automatic Test Systems Acquisition - I (ATSA-I) program. This procurement aims to acquire commercial and non-commercial products and services to support the full lifecycle of automatic test systems for various aircraft platforms including fighters, bombers, cargo/airlift/tankers, unmanned aerial vehicles, and helicopters across multiple military services and Foreign Military Sales requirements.

The contract structure consists of two phases, each containing a 24-month base period and three 12-month option periods, totaling a 10-year performance period with a maximum ceiling value of $980 million and a mandatory minimum of $1,000 per awardee. The ATSA-I will serve as a mandatory-use contract vehicle for the ATS Division, subsuming existing contracts as they expire and supporting warfighter Operations and Maintenance at operating locations worldwide.
