Peraton recently secured new business in a $980 million multiple award, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract by the U.S. Air Force to support its global network of automatic testing systems (ATS). The ATS acquisition contract marks a significant expansion of Peraton’s work in national defense and strengthens the company’s partnership with the U.S. Department of Defense.
“This contract goes beyond reliable test equipment and represents proactive mission readiness,” said Tarik Reyes, president, Defense Mission and Health Solutions Sector, Peraton. “Our work will help keep America’s military aircraft in mission-ready condition so that our servicemen and women can fly, fight, and win wherever they’re called.”
Peraton brings decades of experience in defense technology and engineering to the contract. The team will provide critical services and supplies to support the maintenance and operation of highly specialized testing equipment used across a wide variety of military aircraft. These systems ensure that everything from fighter jets and bombers to drones and helicopters are safe, reliable, and ready for missions around the world.
The ATSA-I contract supports the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), the branch responsible for overseeing the full life span of the military’s test systems. These systems are essential for making sure our warfighters can identify and fix issues quickly—on base or in the field—keeping aircraft combat-ready at all times. The contract streamlines how the Department of Defense can acquire the tools and support meaning faster repairs, more reliable equipment, and faster deployments.
What makes this contract especially important is its broad scope: Peraton will be supporting not only the U.S. Air Force, but also the Air Force Reserve, Air National Guard, the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program, and Allies. The company is proud to serve as a trusted partner in delivering mission-critical support across the full spectrum of U.S. and Allied air operations.
