CMS Leader Presents at HammerCon on Navigating Innovations in Cyber Warfare

Jeff Berlet, chief technology officer within Peraton’s Cyber Mission Sector, spoke on “Cyber Warfare Innovation” at the 2025 HammerCon convention hosted by the Military Cyber Professionals Association.

Berlet opened the conversation by stating that, “we have greater quantity, velocity, and complexity of cyberattacks than we’ve ever had before.” The digital battlefield is riddled with AI-enabled tools that are being used by adversaries to attack multiple systems, networks, and even critical infrastructure.

The conversation addressed the following key points:
