Chief Procurement Officer

A recognized expert within the government contracting industry, Lori Ellis leads all procurement and subcontracting activities for Peraton.

Lori’s career of over twenty-five years provides unique understanding of procurement’s impact to mission success. Her array of procurement experience includes commodity purchasing for a large contract manufacturer, IT sales and COTS procurement for a small business, and cost analysis and subcontracts for a large fortune 500 company.

Most recently she served as vice president of procurement for SAIC where she led a highly dispersed team of over 100 subcontracts professionals. While at SAIC, Lori shaped a highly adaptable, forward leaning, and agile organization by modernizing processes and strengthening organizational collaboration.

Lori earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in operations management from Auburn University.
